How does the concept of 'Joy of Work' relate to modern thinking?

'Joy of Work' can be interpret in many interpretation...

In my opinion, concept 'Joy of Work' its all about how people expressing and done their work in design context. Are they happy while doing the design? Are they gives the soul and spirit while doing it? They feel freedom while designing? Are they really passion while working?

All the question can be answered by depend in ourselves how to create it to be joy.

By looking into the Art Nouveau people were start to move the style of art. People were start design as aesthetic. More exploration and aesthetic creations can be found in designing product, layout magazine, typographic and architecture. People start to see it in modern design and rejected the history.

The design in Art Nouveau influences from the organic characteristic especially emphasized on floral and others plant. Inspired the motifs as well as highly stylized or stretch line, flowing curvilinear and writhing forms, simplicity line and very minimal, focus on spaces, strong composition and symmetrical.
